Just got in beta for this, going to play when the servers come up today. Sposed to release on the 22nd but i personally doubt it. meh, could happen.
No class system, just a dynamic title system like UO used to have, based off of what skills you're training. Racial preference and maxes for skills, but open skill use, you are what you do.
Player economy, like SWG was. Player housing and kingdoms, all player built.
Full Loot rights. Kill a dude, take ALL his stuff.. or lose all of yours. Its gankoriffic.
When you fall in combat, your 'incapacitated' body becomes a loot object. Press Z to assist and stand them back up. Or X to 'gank' them, and collect your spoils.
